General Conditions

Products & Services

Wildroot Honey Packing offers honey products, private label services, bulk orders, and custom packaging. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without notice.

Custom, private label, bulk, and event orders are produced specifically for each client and may not be modified once production begins.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing for approved wholesale or contract clients.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

Orders & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase provided production has not begun. Once production starts, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Wildroot Honey Packing is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the consumable and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, product names, and designs — is the property of Wildroot Honey Packing and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

Private Label & Branding

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any branding, labeling, or content they provide complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Wildroot Honey Packing is not responsible for regulatory violations related to client-provided materials.

Limitation of Liability

Wildroot Honey Packing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
