At Wildroot Honey Packing, every order is carefully prepared to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain the following return and refund policy.

Food & Consumable Products

All honey products are final sale. Because our items are consumable and often made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

Private Label, Custom, & Event Orders

All custom, private-label, bulk, and event orders are final sale and non-refundable. This includes orders with custom labels, personalized packaging, or made-to-order quantities.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at info@wildroothoney.com with:

- Your order number

-A description of the issue

- Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

Wildroot Honey Packing is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing your order.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun. Once production starts, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
