Shipping Policy

At Wildroot Honey Packing, every order is carefully prepared and packed to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Processing Times

  • Standard orders are processed within 3–7 business days.

  • Private label, bulk, and event orders have extended production timelines, which will be confirmed at the time of order or via written agreement.

  • Processing times do not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Bulk & Freight Orders

Large or bulk orders may ship via freight. Additional handling time, delivery appointments, and signature requirements may apply. Freight costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Delays

Wildroot Honey Packing is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier. This includes delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and product. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

Warm Weather Shipping

Honey is sensitive to extreme temperatures. While we take care in packaging, we are not responsible for heat-related changes in texture or crystallization, which are natural and do not affect quality.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
